It is indeed challenging to remain positive when our world and our way of living has changed so dramatically. When we focus on all the negative stuff, things that are outside of our control, it doesn't help. So doing our best (and it can be tough!) to focus on the positives and be grateful for what we do have, can make a positive difference to our outlook. Even the smallest of things can shift our focus from negatives to positives.

Being stuck at home and dealing with the issues of life while feeling trapped is not helpful for a positive outlook.
